I'm Paul Land, a Senior Product Manager at Esko, where I work on cloud-native platforms that are reshaping how the packaging industry operates.

My focus sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI, and packaging technology — helping teams move from manual, craft-dependent workflows toward intelligent, software-driven ones.

I think a lot about what happens when deep industry knowledge meets modern tooling. The packaging sector has decades of accumulated expertise locked in the heads of a shrinking workforce. I believe the answer isn't replacing that craft — it's encoding it into systems that can scale.

Outside of work, I'm building a personal knowledge system — a second brain that captures articles, reflections, and signals from across the industry, and turns them into something searchable and useful over time.

When I'm not thinking about products or packaging, you'll find me on the bike — either out on Yorkshire roads or grinding up virtual climbs on Zwift.
